Talking is usually the simplest way to work out whether Corpus is a good fit. If you recognise parts of your situation in the rest of the site but are not sure where to start, a structured conversation can help. We will focus on what is happening in your organisation, not on pushing a particular service.
This page is for teams who want to know what a first conversation involves and how to set one up.
When it makes sense to talk.
A first conversation is usually useful if:
You have invested in redesigns, optimisation or tools, but results feel fragile or hard to explain
You can see that zero click results, AI summaries or marketplaces are changing behaviour, but do not have a clear view of how
Different teams hold different stories about what is happening and you want a single, clearer picture
You suspect the real issues sit deeper than the interface, but current work is scoped at the surface
You do not need a fully formed brief. A rough sense of the problem is enough.
What a first conversation covers.
A typical first conversation focuses on three things:
Your current situation. Where you are seeing problems or fragility in performance, journeys or understanding.
Constraints and context. Organisational realities, pressures, incentives and any work already underway.
Goals and direction. What you are trying to improve or protect, and how clear that is internally.
We will also share an initial view on whether your challenges look upstream, on site or both, and what kinds of work might help.
Typical first conversations last 45 to 60 minutes.
What you should not expect.
To keep this useful, there are also things a first conversation is not:
It is not a free speculative discovery project
It is not a generic sales pitch or a tour of our credentials
It is not a commitment to work together
If we do not believe Corpus can help, we will say so.
A short description of what you are seeing or concerned about
Any links to existing work or context that will make the conversation more useful
If you prefer, you can also suggest a few times that work for you. We will confirm a slot or propose alternatives.
If you would rather speak before sharing details in writing, you can simply ask for a short introductory call and we will arrange one.
What happens next.
After the first conversation we will:
Send a short summary of what we heard, to check understanding
Indicate whether we think Corpus is a good fit for the problems you described
Outline, if relevant, how a focused diagnostic or other work might look
You will not be chased if you decide not to proceed. If the timing or fit is wrong, we would rather be clear about that than try to force work that is not needed.
Upstream optimisation for zero click and AI search.
